You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, infringing or fraudulent content.
• Interfere with the security, servers or network of the Platform.
• Attempt to access, copy, scrape or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using email and password or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Keeping your password and account credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorised use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect are fraudulent.

Some courses, classes or services on the Platform may be offered for a one-time purchase or on a subscription basis. When you make a purchase:

• You agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and fees.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card or UPI details.
• If a subscription is offered, it will renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation instructions are available in your account settings or by contacting us.
• Prices and availability may change at any time. Any changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Soulantram is a wellness and learning community. When you interact with instructors, other students or our team, you must be respectful and not:

• Harass, bully, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
• Share harmful medical advice or misinformation.
• Post content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Spam or promote unrelated products or services.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these standards.

All content on the Platform, including videos, text, images, logos, course materials, software and branding, is owned by Soulantram or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

When you submit feedback or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for marketing and Platform purposes.

Refund and cancellation terms vary by product. Please review our Refund Policy for full details. In general:

• Digital courses and content may not be eligible for refund once accessed or downloaded.
• Event, camp or live class bookings may be refunded according to the cancellation policy displayed at purchase.
• To request a refund, contact us at soulantram@soulantram.com within the applicable refund window.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulantram and its instructors, partners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Yoga, meditation and wellness practices are for general wellbeing. They do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new physical or wellness practice.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or if we discontinue the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately, but provisions related to intellectual property, liability and refunds will survive.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, social media or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. We will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting you through the email associated with your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be notified by email or through the Platform.
